Since its inception Radix has never backed out on investing in infrastructure. We have been adopting all the latest means of facilitating operations and upgrading our setup religiously to stand eye to eye with our customers. Consequently, we have an enviable IT infrastructure that includes:

While we have the physical infrastructure in place we also have a well documented and tested business continuity plan. We maintain a virtual private network system as part of our disaster recovery plan to allow remote access and secure connectivity. We follow a practice of taking off the site data backup of the whole enterprise every fortnight. Besides this, our IT infrastructure supports sharing of whiteboard, remote installations, remote access to networks, and a CRM system to record daily activities and efforts.

Since we take a lot of pride in our IT setup we do not shy away from any kind of inspection and audit. Over the years, we have had many of our global clients making personal visits to our development centres to get a true feel of our IT capabilities. And we have not disappointed them.
